Transfer prices

Many international and national transactions are carried out between connected entities. In order to enable our customers a conscious management of risk connected with using transfer prices and in order to adjust to documental requirements specified in Polish tax regulations, we provide the following consultancy services in the range of transfer prices:

• Business analysis, directed to recognize and specify main risk areas;
• Preparing documentation required by regulations of legal persons’ income tax act and preparing documentation supporting individual transactions such as: contracts, written procedures, invoices;
• Inspection of the existing source documentation, particularly contracts, internal procedures, analysis, invoices;
• Consultancy at choosing the suitable method of specifying prices;
• Support during tax or financial inspection and during appeal or legal proceedings;
• Preparing economical analysis;
• Assistance in negotiations with Ministry of Finance and preparing priori price agreements.
