Regular consultancy

One of the form of cooperation which we offer to our customers – and the most frequently chosen – is a regular cooperation in the range of current consultative service. It consists in reacting to current legal and tax problems of our customers and it includes the following:

• Preparing written tax opinions in the range of any aspects if current customer’s activity;
• Analysis of contracts, agreements or other legal documents, in terms of their construction and optimization of tax charges;
• Telephone consultancy concerning tax issues in the current customer’s activity;
• Email consultancy concerning problematic issues (including particularly issues discussed during telephone consultancy);
• Representation within current contacts with tax organs (preparing conclusions, personal visits in the seats of organs, etc.);
• Participating in the meetings, decisions made during meetings can be – upon the customer’s request – confirmed with written opinions.

We provide services of regular legal and tax consultancy for the benefit of many institutions and ventures, including foreign capital ventures belonging to majority of branches existing on the Polish market. A regular consultancy service allows for a good recognition of economic and tax situation of each of our customers, what has an impact on rightness and effectiveness of the offered solutions.

The salary for such a form of cooperation is fixed in the form of a monthly lump sum.
